DO YOU HOLD BACK WHAT YOU'VE LEARNT?

Do you share your findings?

How do you react when you learn something new?

Do you hold back what you’ve learnt?

This is something I don’t understand. Here’s why!

Many years ago in a private group the conversation came about how when you learn something and DON’T tell others, the actual teaching stops.

Did you know that?

In truth, I’ve always shared what I know, even if it’s something I’ve heard. But when it’s the reverse I get the opposite like:

  •  ‘I heard that last week’

  • ‘Yeah, I already know’

  •  ‘I’ve known for a while’

  • ‘X told me a month ago’

Holding back what you have learnt is not the way of the future, how would it be if you where trying to get a business started and your world is full of people who don’t share what they learn?

It also shows how little respect the person has towards the one who always shares what they have learnt.

Many may think you are over reacting but stopping the learning and sharing is really driving knives in the sharers back. Eventually, they will stop sharing.

AND that is not the new way.

AS in the 5D world we are working towards is all about sharing and collaborating with others to get the messages across.

It’s the same as when somebody is reading a book on the train and hides the cover, that’s not how it’s meant to be. I’ve actually been inspired more seeing a book in someone else’s hand.

Perhaps you where taught that way or to be more conservative?

OR

If you are a person holding back, so take the time to think about why?

Wouldn’t you agree?
