EVEN IF OUR INSIDES CHURN

Back in 2015….Lots of changes happening soon and has made me happy and sad. There are times in our life when we have to lose something to allow a better opportunity to come along.

Even if our insides churn.

Step up to the issue and face it head on.

How has the winter solstice affect you? I feel like I have come through a brick wall!

Fast forward to 2020…

Many people are afraid to do the inner work as it means facing our deep, deep hurts and feeling things from a place of vulnerability.

AND

Let’s face it.

We ALL have to do the work, even if it makes our stomach want to do cart wheels to the point we want to vomit on the spot and we will all get through this.

There have been numerous times when I’ve had to sit down and write and I would start fidgeting, restless legs, heart palpitations and light headiness at the slightest thought of…writing.

Then I would take that frustration out on a bag of potato crisps, chocolate or any food to basically to avoid…WRITING.

Over time, I had to face those demons and still back in early 2020, I required a cherry ripe or three. Ho hum when are those sugar craving going to go away. Despite the 32 oz of celery juice I was drinking at the time.

Therefore we need to persevere when our insides want to churn until we reach the day/time where it no longer affects us.

Whatever that means.

Exercise?

Healthy eating?

Eat more at home?

Or simply, paying someone to help you work through these issues.

Regardless how trivial it maybe.

The time is now to accomplish those contracts we have come here for.
