Within an hour of being in the presence of my Shamanic Mentor, I interrupted when I heard her say the words, ‘You are lining up your ducks.’

            ‘Did you say ducks?’ I asked looking puzzled.

            ‘Yes.'

Earlier that week during my meditation class a vision of three or four ducks with brown beaks and green coats appeared before me. They were just like the animated ones that go around social media about parenting. At the time I thought why am I getting ducks when I’m supposed to be meeting my spirit guides.

So, when my Meditation Teacher asked, ‘how did you go.’

            ‘It sounds weird but saw ducks,' I said smirking...

We all cackled.

           ‘You are getting organised,’ she said. My eyebrows met in the middle.

Really? I thought.

Organised?

I didn’t understand what she was meant.

Then fast forward.

           ‘No wonder, I don’t say those words,’ said my Shamanic Mentor.

How ironic I thought, the message was for me and then she went on to explain that I was lining everything up and that’s the synchronicities that we need to look out for. When we are ready the right signs will emerge when we least expect them.

So, pay attention.

I shook my head and wondered what the ducks meant.

I guess I will find out soon enough.

Won’t I?
