Change is difficult for many as they prefer to believe the other person is in the fault. While we cannot achieve our wishes with the same way of thinking that got us into that position in the first place. It is up to us to find that inner balance within and learn to face what is uncomfortable or needs to go. I certainly feel the discomfort just at the thought of sitting at the computer.
