IT’S ALL ABOUT THE COLOURS
While most of my life, I never realised until working with food. It’s all about the colours. That’s why when experimenting ways with food, you need an eye for detail.
Many just don’t get that a lot of your work is done with your eyes only. Fortunately for me I am able to ‘see’ the energy in food, clothes and items.

‘You know something strange happened today. I was out dropping a function and returned to the life. A customer entered and I saw several green circles around her head…then my eyes adjusted and it went away. Maybe sign my eyes are changing focus. I often get green circles when I’m at the computer writing. Has this happened to you? We often shrug is as there is something wrong with us.’
While at that time, I had no idea what I was seeing. Maybe the aura? Anyhow it’s my knowing that is the strongest and I know how to make food look and taste delicious and our answer is not what you think.
It’s the energy we hold. SO when we are happy and light due to the inner work we do on ourselves day, the food taste great and looks inviting. Whereas when someone is miserable, toxic or a lower vibration, the food absorbs it to the point that no one wants to eat it.
My saying is when a chef is a good cook, energy wise, people flock including the staff. SO when you have some teammates not lining up for a taste of the risotto, the signs indicate they are not the best.
Although I was quite a way in on my reiki journey when I had ‘the shift’ (see my post here) from then I was able to see the energy in food and seriously there were only a couple of chefs I worked with that I could psychically see the energy in the food they made.
Every single day.
That’s why it’s vital to do the work and let the energy work through the foods we touch.
Because in time, our foods will be the centre focus.
