MEDITATION SOLVES PROBLEMS
Meditation holds the answer to many of our problems. Believe it or not, so when you are not going anywhere in life, try meditating.
Meditation has been something that I have never been a fan of and often left me in tears more than being enlightened.
Due to being hearing impaired.
My eyes are my ears.
Shutting them.
Shuts me off from everything.
Except.
Feeling.
Meditation solves problems.
It stirs the emotional pot with us.
Especially me.
At the start of my healing journey it drove me insane. My Reiki Master had a passion for meditation like I would never understand. I wasn’t a person to be found sitting still for long periods of time.
Even years later, it still hasn’t rubbed off on me.
But meditation can come in many forms, just find the right one that suits you. By meditating you get inner wisdom, visions and great peace of mind. I prefer chanting to sitting down to complete silence.
It’s just me.
Although meditation has been a big part of my healing journey, I have dabbled in mini online courses, podcasts, meditation classes, drumming circles or in one odd case, I spent two days at a silent retreat in May 2015.
Changes can take place instantly or a short time later, it really depends on your nature. When we meditate it put us in a more calm space that brings clarity to our mind. Because when we are in that space we will see or feel what needs to be done. Maybe you need to eat better, return to church or change your life to get what you want.
