Change is difficult for many as they prefer to believe the other person is in the fault. While we cannot achieve our wishes with the same way of thinking that got us into that position in the first place. It is up to us to find that inner balance within and learn to face what is uncomfortable or needs to go. I certainly feel the discomfort just at the thought of sitting at the computer. Fancy a toe reading is something I never thought was possible! AND yes there are people trained in that field and who would have thought your toes tell you a history. I know I wasn’t alone as I remember a customer who join in too. Those big world Facebook groups were fun back then. I’d be too overwhelmed nowadays. Whonever walked into a book shop and physically felt someone with you? I had this experience with Hannah Kent’s first book called ‘Burial Rites.’ Then to the unexpected I actually met her a few years later. It never occurred to me that one night changed everything for me and I began to see energy in clothes, foods and some cases objects! Once this happened, it was hard not to ignore it. I mean energy is energy and some colours can affect us. It’s vital to work on ourselves and so we attract the same vibes as our clothes and they radiate at the same frequency that our energy holds. As we move forward, we will require less stuff and only keep what is need. Enjoy.

On this day was like no other, complete lead by friends who I met on the bus tour in 2008 throughout Europe. The idea of being lead to a beautiful location for a experience of a life time. Only to discover that my ancestors had been there long ago and I had such strong feelings about it and this was many years before I discovered Reiki. Well, who loves packing? It’s fun when you are in the drivers seat, but often a move might be the last thing you think about. Especially during chaotic times during a world lock down! Packing a house with no plans is something that happened to me long ago, that I got the drift after that and learnt to keep my belongings to the bare minimum. Although that comes with time, practice and a lot of self work (especially once you’ve done Reiki), things get easier to move on. While I never hope you have to have a experience like the day I fled. Even though many humans still get off on having to blame others for their unhappiness. This day is a day of putting my own safety first, the sad about doing the work on ourselves as it brings out the ugliness in others. Who loves a good clean or declutter? Why not do a bit one before the year is out, every year until you are only left with the items you need. Yes we do change and thats why it’s important to clean up before New Years Eve, every year. While some may be done in stages, others do at the last minute on the day. Whereas, I’ve not gone out for NYE since 2010…sounds crazy but it’s the truth. Only one occasion I attend an. event but I’ve never gone out or done anything on NYE for sure. Ask my friends! What a challenging year 2020 was? I’m sure most shifting or changed in some way. It was certainly a year not to sit on the fence. Although many continued to work unaffected by the way things were falling apart in other peoples world. While in the bigger picture, no one will ever get this much time off away from work to do exactly what then needed to do. May that be time alone, work on fitness, revalve what is important or most of all what job that really should be doing? It was a tough time and I certainly had my days too.
