STAY ON TRACK
The more sensitive you become the more important it is to be around uplifting people. Being around those that constantly complain or seek approval can tear down your walls. Leaving you drained, lifeless and pulled off your path.
That’s why we need to stay on track.
By doing what you feel is making you move forward and gives you that inner fire in the belly to do more of.
Often I find my eyes sparkle when I reach this point and I have more energy to keep going!
Let’s face it, there are times in our lives we get distracted like a new partner, a new drinking or smoking buddy to hang out with on the weekends or just simply being sucked into watching too many you tubes instead completing those mundane task.
I agree.
So easy to just listen to one song then another before you realise, it’s time for bed!
Now we are in a new decade of 2020 it’s really important to stay on track to what you wish to manifest, achieve and bring to full completion.
No more ‘fluffing around’ as some say it. Get to work and certainly don’t give up. Every little bit counts, including eating a block of chocolate before hand if you are anything like my old self that my body would find any food to calm the nerves then it was time for a nap. Hilarious! I tell ya.
To stay on track means sticking to it, maybe try new ways of doing things. Jot your notes in your phone on the train, listen to podcast of your niche. Seek out a fitness class to boost your energy, make more nourishing meals at home instead of the easy takeaway or left overs from work that are going to send to you la la land instead of jumping for joy.
It’s your choice. Don’t let this year go to waste.
Stay on track.
Every SINGLE day.
Don’t you reckon?
