One morning in mid 2000’s while snail pacing along a hallway of a primary school in Carlton for voting I spotted a quote on the glass window.

This is what was read:

A good teacher explains

A superior teacher demonstrates

A great teacher inspires

Teachers of wisdom are so important in our early days of anyone’s healing journey. No matter how much we struggle, there is always someone who can help us see thing from another perspective.

Our teachers come in many forms, some a human and some maybe animals to teach us what we really need. Never stop believing that one day, you may be the one to inspire others.

Then there was the time I was attended a Rotaract Club workshop, firstly in Mount Gambier, South Australia and a year later near Rocklands, Victoria. A man named Keith gave us a fun way to learn more about our personality and the teachings stuck with me for many years till the unthinkable happened and he appeared at the 2015 PROBLOGGER conference in Queensland. Small world when the teachers come back full circle isn’t it.

Although the above quote really resonated with me and one time, I typed in the quote in google to locate the author only to discover more lines. But I chose to keep the ones that I read on that particular day and as the years passed by, I often reflect back to this quote to be reminded of ‘which’ one resembles me the most.
