Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my journey in healing, life lessons and children’s stories. Hope you have a nice stay!

AUTOMATIC WRITING

AUTOMATIC WRITING

Automatic writing …

Automatic writing …

Long ago the term writing was really using a pen, pencil, an inkwell or earlier times like Egyptian times it was writing in stone. Then along came computers, iPad and iPhones.

Everything changed.

In fact during school I actually hated handwriting, even up till now I don’t enjoy it. I dreaded those sessions when the teacher would scribble with the chalk on the classroom blackboards. My hands ached; my forearms muscles locked leaving me to rub it vigorously later as it had gone stiff!

AND I wasn’t blessed with neat handwriting!

Automatic writing is the process of sitting with pen and paper and letting what ever comes to your head and write. Maybe you hear words at the same time. Others find their writing changes and gets more looser and even in some cases the dialogue of words they hear change too. Like another language or dialogue unknown to you emerges.

It may be a loved one communicating to you. That’s why the language may feel unfamiliar. When this happens, it’s another person coming through. Maybe somebody from the other side, who wants to share a message. It’s great way to communicate.

When attempting the task, ask a specific question like what’s your name? And trust the words you see or hear are the right ones and have a few goes! I found that my pen went faster and faster and could not stop. When you get to this stage you are going to create great content and it will be coming from the heart to the hands. Just write and write until you are done, the more you able to channel what comes you will soon be able pass onto others.

Perfect.

Other the years I read that when you write a question with your dominate hand and switch hands and write the answer with your other hand. The dialogue and word choice may differ. Try it.

Then next time you head out, look at taking a note pad and writing journal to write instead of reaching for the phone. Then when you feel stress or upset from work jot down a page or two before heading into the house. When we are writing by hand it can be done anywhere.

One time in my life when driving home from my work, I turned my frustrations into a blog post in the car before getting out. That way the energy has been processed to a page of scribble ready for my next session on the computer.

While typing on the keys of a computer it has a different affect and not as connected to the heart, where your story is.  Best written by your hands if you can. Hence I’m a big fan of using the laptop over hand writing any day at least I can read my words at the end of it!

However when you are practising automatic writing you will feel a shift in energy in the tummy area. Similar to the days when I have been dabbling in writing, I found that when I laid down to sleep, my tummy area pumped like an old fashion water pump. That’s a sign you are releasing trapped energy in there.  Until you experience it, it’s kind of hard to explain.

Automatic writing may heal your body in magical ways.
