Who else loves the SMURFS! I certainly did as they were a very popular icon of the 80’s and kids of all ages simply love them. Who loved The Muppets as a kid in the 80’s? We certainly did as family back then when it hit the television scene around dinner time! Then the repeats over the years which we never bore of. But it’s the teachings that come with the show that stay with us. Just like this revamp of The Muppet movie that is a pure joy to watch because the children of the 80’s just get how all the characters performed. Stayed the same I guess. Being closed off is not healthy and becoming more important since the beginning of 2020 is all about balance. When we are more open to life, it flows. That’s why it’s vital to open up our heart centres now and work on why are not. Even if you have spent your life being closed off, it is not to late to learn why many have been closed off. Start now, and incorporate it into your daily life and watch it unfold. Maybe you are more open and will be the change others need to see? It only takes one person to make a difference to the world. Are you a lover of meditation? I’m certainly not a fan, but often told to meditate. The idea of sitting down for any length of time is not my ideal life. Yet I can read a book and find that more meditative instead. For some it comes easy. When really if everyone sat down and meditated, our problems would be solved. Only because we will clearly ‘see’ it and then there’s the knowing of why something is happening. Often meditations are a great way to see where you maybe stuck and then see your new answers. The art of meditation is like cleaning a dirty window when you need to keep going over it to get it really clean. Check out the post and enjoy.

Yellow was never a colour in our house. It was connected to my Aunt until I learnt years later the real reason she chose that colour. Although this vibrant colour is an important colour to use if you are struggling with power issues or digestion. Even wearing yellow does wonders to our spiritual healing progress. Shopping with your intuition is a gift. I thought I was alone until a new friend told me she has to be in the shop and hold it. That’s exactly how I felt and now I trust what I get. It’s time to listen to our bodies as how they react when you hold something in your hand. It can save you a lot of time and money too. Until I learnt what was happening I know instantly know if I start to feel queer while placing items in my shopping basket on my arm. I know they have to be returned ASAP.
